Deborah OdegaardMay 4, 2024.I can't say enough nice things about Soft Water Nevada. I was impressed with Eric which did a consultation over the phone and went through the process online. He was great explaining everything and I felt very comfortable going with him. I was on the fence for several years and the water has been getting worse over the years destroying my hair and skin here in Las Vegas and I always thought it was the hair products so I kept buying and returning. Then after going out of state and staying with family that had a softener system I found out without the benefit of a doubt it was definately the hard water. I decided to bite the bullet and go for it with a drinking water system as well. I couldn't put up with it any longer. I would never go back it's night and day how much difference there is after one washing. The installation guys were also awesome, did a great job, explained everything as they progressed. Izzy was the greatest. If you are on the fence, get off and get the system installed, you'll love it as much as I do. Soft Water Nevada is the best and top notch.
Ronald BuckiApril 14, 2024.After talking with and getting prices from a number of water conditioning companies I settled on Soft Water Nevada.I purchased a new Water Softener and new Osmosis drinking water dispenser after Eric made the best sales presentation with emphasis on what he felt was the proper equipment for our family at a competitive price.His expertise in water conditioning was impressive and made me comfortable with my decision especially after offering same day service.Ray the installer did a great job and left with his work area neat and clean.Absolutely one of best companies I’ve had the pleasure of working with-Quality all the way.

I called a few companies, listened to their sales pitch and their prices, and was totally dissatisfied with their constant up sale tactics. I remember I saved Soft Water Nevada in my yelp folder and decided to give them a call. From the beginning of the conversation, Eric took the time to listen to my family needs. He gave me the information for all the products he had, the services they provided. When I asked for his opinion if he was recommending a product for his family member, he was honest and thorough. Absolutely, no up sale involved. Eric walked through the process and answered every question I threw at him with patience. The installation was impressively quick. The Plumber, Arturo was extremely professional and proficient. He answered my questions and even gave me some great advice about some other plumbing needs. The product I chose was the Custom DB. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. It’s helped with my son’s excimer condition, my skin and hair feels amazing. And the DRINKING WATER is like no other water I’ve ever had. I have even invited family member to try my water. While I know money is not easy to come by these days. I truly believe this is one of the best investments I’ve ever made. G & D CacciJanuary 5, 2024.When my 20-year old water softener finally gave out I checked several water softener company reviews. Soft Water Nevada and H2OtoGo had the highest 5 star ratings. I contacted Soft Water Nevada and spoke with Eric who explained a number of systems they had, and which one would be best for our home. Although I spent a little more than I expected to I relied on his advice to go with the Custom 3000 system, as it will perform better and had a better warranty than the less expensive one. After talking it over with my husband we realized that a water softener is very much a selling point when listing a home for sale, especially in Las Vegas. We then looked at it from a different perspective that a better softener, although a little more expensive is an investment in our home. I also liked the fact that Eric told me their softeners are built specifically for the Las Vegas Valley area. If in doubt about which way to go the best advice I can give is to call Eric, as he is wonderful with explaining the operations of each of their systems, and which one would benefit the size and usage for your home. He was a pleasure to work with, and a very nice man. 😊

Our water is soft and the drinking system is a game changer! Our water tastes great and the ice cubes are clear. The soft water makes a big difference with my hair and skin! I wish I would have done this a few years ago instead of having a water system installed by our plumber.
