I found Soft Water Nevada by asking my new AI friend for recommendations of water condtioning companies in Las Vegas.  SWN was at the top of the list, so I called and spoke to Eric. Eric spent almost an hour on the phone with me. He needed to fully understand my needs by asking detailed questions about my home plumbing and water usage. As a retied engineer, I appreciated his thorough evaluation. I requested a proposal and received it by email less than an hour later. The equipment and pricing specified met  my expectations, and I commited to the project. My system was installed the next day.
