My hair and skin have benefited the most, also my plants seem to enjoy the new treated water as well. If you are on the fence about getting a water system 10/10 go for it! Eric is awesome to work with, he is very knowledgeable and answers all questions honestly.

Their pricing is extremely competitive. Soft Water Nevada's systems are about 30% the cost of some of the other systems I was quoted from the "Big Name" plumber companies. He was able to explain everything in detail over the phone, and I was able to make a decision on what system I wanted. Eric was even able to get it installed the SAME DAY which was crazy to me. Everything was installed professionally and organized. Have had zero issues with my system and their warranty is second to none. I would absolutely pay for their systems again

Felix LinAugust 28, 2024.Being new to hard water issues, I did some research on my own via google and reached out to Soft Water Nevada for a quote on their water soften systems. Eric (the owner) personally spent over 30 minutes with me on the phone, walking me through not only the specs of the products they offered but also provide a lot of information on the topic in general. We ended up going with their Custom DB water refiner and the Custom Drinking Station system. Their pricing is extremely competitive vs. other local offerings. The scheduling and installation were quick, within a few days of the initial call. Most importantly, Eric and team did a great job following up with me post installation to check in on system performance. I highly recommend them!

You can believe the good reviews you'll see here on Yelp. If and when we do need softener service or repair (or, eccccggh, replacement), we'd call Soft water Nevada first.

I called a few companies, listened to their sales pitch and their prices, and was totally dissatisfied with their constant up sale tactics. I remember I saved Soft Water Nevada in my yelp folder and decided to give them a call. From the beginning of the conversation, Eric took the time to listen to my family needs. He gave me the information for all the products he had, the services they provided. When I asked for his opinion if he was recommending a product for his family member, he was honest and thorough. Absolutely, no up sale involved. Eric walked through the process and answered every question I threw at him with patience. The installation was impressively quick. The Plumber, Arturo was extremely professional and proficient. He answered my questions and even gave me some great advice about some other plumbing needs. The product I chose was the Custom DB. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. It's helped with my son's excimer condition, my skin and hair feels amazing. And the DRINKING WATER is like no other water I've ever had. I have even invited family member to try my water. While I know money is not easy to come by these days. I truly believe this is one of the best investments I've ever made. Vegas D.January 5, 2024After 20-years our water softener finally went kaput. I shopped around checking out a number of five star reviews. Soft Water Nevada and H20toGo had the best sales and service reviews. I ended up calling Soft Water Nevada after speaking to a few others. I spoke with a man by the name of Eric, who really knows his stuff. He explained each of their systems, and gave me the best advice for which one we would be most happy with. Although we ended up spending a little more than anticipated for their System 3000 I relied on Eric's expert advice that it was the best model for our size home, and two person family. My husband and I looked at it from a different perspective that a water softener is an investment in our home, especially when we go to sell. That made sense, so the extra money was well spent. I'm VERY happy that I finally have nice soft water again. My hair, skin and clothes love it too! I also like the fact that Soft Water Nevada has 24-7 service if need be, and excellent Customer Service to answer all questions. The best advice I can give is to call Eric, as he's wonderful to work with, and a very nice man.

Eric was able to schedule a next day install. The installer was professional and cleaned the area when he was finished. The softener has exceeded my expectation. Our water has made a big difference with my hair and skin, no residue now on glass doors, dishes and more. The drinking water system is also a game changer! Our water tastes great and ice cubes are clear. I wish I would have went with this system a few years ago instead of going with what our plumber sold us at the time. Definitely recommend Soft Water Nevada!

We are not from the area, so it was nice to get detailed information about the poor water quality here, and what we could do to minimize unwanted impurities. He discussed several options with us. After getting quotes from several other companies we chose Soft Water Nevada because of their expertise, warranties, and superior product. They were not the cheapest of all the quotes we received, but seemed like they had the best product to offer with the best warranty. They were also able to come install the water system the very next day which was awesome. We have been using our new water system for over a month now, and it has great. My wife has independently commented that her hair feels better after taking a shower than it used to. The drinking water is smoother. We are happy we chose Soft Water Nevada. They also have a salt delivery program where they will drop salt off to your home every month for a very reasonable fee.

After narrowing it down to two local businesses, Eric at Soft Water Nevada quickly took the lead on his personal investment of time in understanding my needs, explaining everything in precise detail, and offering me solutions that not only matched my needs but met my budget. We decided on the custom 4000 - which provided more than sufficient soft and conditioned water for my family, along with a very competitive price and probably the best warranty and service coverage in the valley!
