Being new to hard water issues, I did some research on my own via google and reached out to Soft Water Nevada for a quote on their water soften systems.  Eric (the owner) personally spent over 30 minutes with me on the phone, walking me through not only the specs of the products they offered but also provide a lot of information on the topic in general.  We ended up going with their Custom DB water refiner and the Custom Drinking Station system.  Their pricing is extremely competitive vs. other local offerings.  The scheduling and installation were quick, within a few days of the initial call.  Most importantly, Eric and team did a great job following up with me post installation to check in on system performance.  I highly recommend them!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Soft Water Nevada installed our new water softener for us in earlier June.  Our old softner was leaking around the bypass and I couldn't repair it.  So, I looked up different companies and decided on Sot Water Nevada.  They installed the new one and removed the old one in just a couple of hours with no issues.  The work was professionally accomplished and the new softener is working great.  I would really recommend this company if you want or need a softener.  Without one, the water is hard as a rock  and doesn't clean as well.

I was impressed with Eric which did a consultation over the phone and  went through the process online. He was great explaining everything and I felt very comfortable going with him. I was on the fence for several years and the water has been getting worse over the years destroying my hair and skin here in Las Vegas and I always thought it was the hair products so I kept buying and returning. Then after going out of state and staying with family that had a softener system I found out without the benefit of a doubt it was definately the hard water. I decided to bite the bullet and go for it with a drinking water system as well. I couldn't put up with it any longer. I would never go back it's night and day how much difference there is after one washing. The installation guys were also awesome, did a great job, explained everything as they progressed.  Izzy was the greatest. If you are on the fence, get off and get the system installed, you'll love it as much as I do. Soft Water Nevada is the best and top notch.

I called a few companies, listened to their sales pitch and their prices, and was totally dissatisfied with their constant up sale tactics.
I remember I saved Soft Water Nevada in my yelp folder and decided to give them a call. From the beginning of the conversation, Eric took the time to listen to my family needs. He gave me the information for all the products he had,  the services they provided. When I asked for his opinion if he was recommending a product for his family member, he was honest and thorough. Absolutely, no up sale involved.   Eric walked through the process and answered every question I threw at him with patience.
The installation was impressively quick. The Plumber, Arturo was extremely professional and proficient. He answered my questions and even gave me some great advice about some other plumbing needs.  The product I chose was the Custom DB.  I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. It’s helped with my son’s excimer condition, my skin and hair feels amazing.  And the DRINKING WATER is like no other water I’ve ever had.  I have even invited family member to try my water.  While I know money is not easy to come by these days.
